We can be your IT department when you don't need paid on-site IT staff regularly. We'll monitor your systems, solve, and prevent issues from arising. 

You will have a direct line of contact with the local people who will be solving your problems instead of a faceless company overseas.

You'll receive a free initial evaluation to look at your:

• Overall system health

• Potential vulnerabilities

• Improvements where needed

There will be an initial upfront cost of $80 per hour to get your computers ready to be setup for preventative maintenance.

Afterwards it'll cost $4 per computer per month for maintenance due on the first of the month.

• S.M.A.R.T. hard drive monitoring: 

  • This helps to proactively identify potential hard drive failures, preventing data loss.

• Windows image backup for disaster restoration: 

  • Allows for quick recovery in case of system failures or data loss.

• Ongoing file history: 

  • Provides a way to restore previous versions of files, protecting against accidental changes or deletions.

• Scheduled updates off hours for Windows & other software: 

  • Ensures that your software is up-to-date with the latest security patches and features, without interrupting your work.

• Patch management to cover software vulnerabilities: 

  • Protects your system from security threats by ensuring that software vulnerabilities are addressed promptly.

• Setting Adjustments:

  • Proactively changes settings to have your system only use the resources it needs to perform tasks faster.

• Helpdesk: 

  • Helpdesk during business hours and on-call when your business needs us the most.
